Her practice covers syndicated, club, and bilateral loan facilities, as well as complex real estate financings, structured commodity finance and cross-border financing transactions. Experienced in handling both secured and unsecured structures, she guides clients through intricate regulatory landscapes, multi-jurisdictional compliance, and complex documentation.

Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Ai Xuan gained experience at both a leading Singapore law firm and a well-established international law firm, giving her a strong combination of local market knowledge and international cross-border experience.
