Alexandre Montini

Alexandre advises French and international companies on investigations into alleged anti-competitive practices and merger control proceedings. He is also involved in the implementation of compliance programs, as well as the conduct of internal investigations, in Competition Law and in other areas.

Alexandre holds a Master’s degree in European Market and Regulatory Law from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University and a University Diploma in International Business Litigation from Paris-Est University. Before joining Stephenson Harwood, he gained extensive experience in Competition Law from multiple perspectives through several internships in major corporations, public authorities, and international law firms.
