Alicia Morgan

Alicia deals primarily with financing, re-financing, sales and acquisitions of large UK property portfolios on behalf of lenders and investors and the letting and management of such portfolios on behalf of institutional landlords. She also deals with lettings of retail, office and educational units for some well-known occupational tenants and property dealings in insolvency situations.

Alicia has a broad range of experience and extensive knowledge of retail, office, educational and healthcare property portfolios and has acted for major financial institutions, large institutional landlords and property investors and numerous occupiers in relation to such portfolios.
