    Successfully advising client in relation to a trade finance dispute arising from breach of a counter-guarantee and the interpretation of a standby letter of credit.

    Successfully leading to the client to settle a tax dispute in respect of a potential professional negligence claim by an ultra-high net worth individual that would have been worth over £150 million.
