Beth joined the Southeast Asia M&A team in Singapore as a solicitor qualified in England & Wales after completing her two-year training contract, with one year spent in Singapore and the other in London. She has experience assisting on a broad range of M&A transactions across the region, including in Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand.

    Advised the founders of FazWaz, a Southeast Asian proptech company and real estate marketplace, on their acquisition of a controlling shareholding in Lifull Connect, the Spanish subsidiary of Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed Lifull Co., Ltd., with operations in Southeast Asia, Latin America and Europe. 

  • Klareco Communications

    Advised the founders of Klareco Communications on the sale of the Singapore PR consultancy agency to LSE-listed HAVAS. 

  • M&C Saatchi

    Advised LSE-listed M&C Saatchi on the sale of its interest in M&C Saatchi Holdings Asia Pte. Ltd. and PT MCS Saatchi Indonesia to Anish Daryani, its former joint venture partner in Indonesia. 

  • Kuehne+Nagel

    Advised Kuehne+Nagel on its acquisition of cross-border logistics provider City Zone Express from SGX-listed Chasen Holdings Ltd., with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and the PRC. 

  • S&P Global

    Advised S&P Global on its acquisition of Green Power Conferences Limited, a provider of events, market intelligence and training for the global hydrogen clean energy sector under the brand 'World Hydrogen Leaders'. 

  • KFintech

    Advised KFin Technologies Limited, a listed Indian fund services provider, on its US$34.7 million acquisition of a 51% shareholding in Ascent Fund Services group, with operations across Asia Pacific, UK, US, BVI and Cayman Islands.
