Bruno Fatier

Bruno’s particular focus has been innovation and change in the financial services industry, ever since the EU legislator opened up the industry in the early 2000s (with EMD1 and then EMD2, PSD1, PSD2 and now PSD3). His expertise covers first and foremost payments and cash management but also LMA-based cross-border finance and trade finance, capital markets infrastructure, custody, clearing and financial products, fund servicing and management. 

Bruno advises banks and fintech companies on key changes, product launches, commercial projects and contracts as well as strategic acquisitions. He has also been leading complex litigation proceedings before the High Court in London and across major EU countries in relation to liability, regulatory, compliance and commercial contract disputes.
