Carmen advises both French and international financial institutions - including banks, asset managers, insurance companies, and investment firms - on the design and implementation of their remuneration policies and schemes. She also provides strategic and regulatory guidance on issues and challenges relating to the remuneration of management teams and “identified staff".
In addition, Carmen supports clients with the implementation of new regulations (Transparency Directive, Disclosure Regulation, CSRD etc.).
Before joining Stephenson Harwood, Carmen spent 8 years in a law firm specialised in financial services and previously worked for French and Spanish law firms.
Carmen holds a double master's degree in law and management.
