Defended client in High Court suit
Advised and acted for a client in a High Court suit where the Plaintiffs' claims against the client were premised on his purported breach of his contractual, legal and fiduciary duties allegedly owed to the Plaintiffs in his capacity as, amongst others, an employee of one of the Plaintiffs.
Large scale retrenchment
Advised and assisted the client group of companies in its intra-group structural reorganisation to move operations out of Asia which involved a large scale retrenchment of majority of its workforce in Singapore and liaising with the trade union on the retrenchments.
