His work includes the acquisition, financing, and refinancing of vessels and other maritime assets, as well as broader banking matters, including secured lending and structured transactions. A member of the Beirut Bar Association, he holds a Master I in Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and a Master II in International Business Law and Finance from ESCP Business School and the British Institute of International and Comparative Law.
