Colette has experience advising both lenders and borrowers on bilateral and syndicated loans.

Before joining the firm, she advised on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including private and public mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, initial public offerings, fund formation, and regulatory compliance.

• Infrastructure - Advising on facility

  Advised an HKEX- and a Nasdaq-listed group on a syndicated facility of up to S$500 million for the establishment of a data centre, involving Malaysian law and Singapore law governed securities.

• Green and sustainable finance, fintech - Advising on facility restructuring

  Advised the arranger on restructuring a crowdfunded loan to a solar energy group to introduce a new major investor, including a complete overhaul of the security package and substantive amendment to existing terms.

• Lighting and electrical equipment  - Prosperity Lamps and Components Limited - Advising on acquisition of business

  Advised Prosperity Lamps and Components Limited on its acquisition of ams-OSRAM AG’s Traxon Technologies business division, from structuring and negotiation through all stages of completion. The sale included businesses and assets across China, Hong Kong, USA, Germany and other jurisdictions.
