He began his career in primary funds, acting for GPs and LPs alike across private equity, venture capital, real estate and institutional investors.
He takes a global approach to his work and is experienced in cross-border matters in Europe, North America, and Asia including living and working in Singapore.
Dane is a tech-forward lawyer and has a particular interest in training and developing legal technology including AI, blockchain and tokenisation.
