Dhanipa advises financial institutions, private equity sponsors, investment funds and multinational companies on a broad range of finance, corporate and real estate transactions. Her practice focuses on acquisition finance, structured finance, project finance, bridge and pre-IPO finance, debt restructuring, refinancing and hybrid investment structures.
Alongside her finance practice, Dhanipa also advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, investment funds, real estate acquisitions and disposals, and general corporate and commercial matters, supporting clients on both inbound and outbound investments involving Thailand.
Dhanipa also advises on financing-related regulatory and policy matters, having worked with the National Science Technology and Innovation Policy Office and other governmental bodies on regulatory reforms, sandbox and incentive frameworks, and corporate law amendments aimed at fostering innovation, investment and startup growth in Thailand.
