    Acted for Sky in the sale and purchase of 3 aircrafts from an Indian airline.

  • InterGlobe Aviation Limited

    Acted for IndiGo on the sale and leaseback of 60 engine portfolio. Currently, over 50% of the engine deliveries have been completed with the rest to complete by the end of the year.

  • Macquarie Aircraft Leasing

    Acted for Macquarie on the sale and novation of 12 aircraft portfolio, particularly on the sale and novation of a Polish and a Belgian airline, within a very strict deadline.

  • EnTrust Blue Ocean

    Acted for EnTrust Blue Ocean on the acquisition of UACC by United Overseas Group through a reverse triangular merger in the Dubai International Financial Centre. A total of 22 vessels secured under the structure, registered under numerous different flags like, Marshall Islands, Liberia, Panama and Malta.

  • Nordea

    Acted for Nordea on a sustainability linked loan agreement which involved 14 syndicated banks as well as 19 vessels across two flag states.

  • NIBC Bank

    Acted for NIBC Bank on the refinancing of 6 vessels, flagged in different flag states like Malta, Gibraltar and Panama.
