Dylan has extensive experience acting in high-value litigation involving multiple parties and multiple jurisdictions across a variety of sectors including financial services, energy, manufacturing and logistics, property, aviation and education. Dylan assists domestic and international corporates, banks, funds, and high net worth individuals to resolve their most complex and challenging disputes.  

Dylan acts for clients across all dispute resolution mechanisms including particularly High Court litigation and international arbitration proceedings (both seated in London and internationally) as well as alternative dispute resolution processes.  

Experience

  • High Court contractual disputes

    Significant experience of acting in contractual disputes in the High Court, including recently supporting an investment firm and a global food production and distribution company to obtain favourable resolutions to their claims.  

  • Finance litigation

    Advised financial institutions in commencing, defending and resolving claims under a range of financial products and contracts.   

  • SPA disputes

    Regularly acted for claimants and defendants in breach of warranty claims arising out of share purchase agreements.   

  • Banking dispute

    Acted for a successful bank in a complex multi-jurisdictional dispute arising under an ISDA Master Agreement. 

  • Oil and gas company

    Acted for a respondent oil and gas company in international arbitration proceedings and worked as part of a multi-jurisdictional team which advised on the settlement of the claims against our client.  

  • Privy Council

    Acted for a respondent property investment company in its successful defence of an appeal to the Privy Council.
