She has a particular focus on shipbuilding, ship sale and purchase, ship finance, financial leasing, cross-border asset and project finance, foreign investment and general corporate finance matters.
Eileen has a wealth of experience in advising on shipbuilding matters, together with associated documents such as performance and refund guarantees, and the financing of such projects. She also acts for a multitude of international and domestic shipowners and operators in relation to sale and purchase transactions of ships and other assets.
Eileen is experienced in assisting both lenders and borrowers in all aspects of ship finance, including multi-jurisdictional loan agreements, finance leases of maritime assets and restructurings. She represents many of the leading Chinese banks and other financial leasing companies in various finance related transactions. Her experience extends to various types of vessels, from conventional commercial ships to specialist vessels for the offshore industry, including drilling rigs and FPSOs.
