She assists major Chinese and international banks and high net worth individuals in navigating intricate shareholder disputes and international trade finance issues, including letters of credit. Her practice extends to advising liquidators in contentious and non-contentious liquidation matters, ensuring clients can confidently manage insolvency challenges.

Emily is also very experienced in regulatory investigations and interventions involving the SFC, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Insurance Authority and Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
