“I first instructed [the firm] because of Ethan's ability to provide practical actionable advice on complex issues.  However, since he started advising myself and my family, he has become our most trusted adviser (on all issues including tax, trusts, succession planning, and family (business) governance) as he always goes above and beyond what I expect of a lawyer to provide the best legal service.  He has always provided transparent and honest advice and solutions, even when doing so meant adopting a simpler approach and less legal fees.  He is dependable, hardworking, patient, empathic, logical, clear-minded, very knowledgeable and without a doubt one of the best lawyers I have instructed.”
