Biography

Fiona Siddall is an associate in the restructuring and insolvency team at Stephenson Harwood, based in London. She specialises in non-contentious insolvency, providing invaluable support to lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors, and foreign lawyers. Her expertise lies in advising clients on business turnarounds and restructurings, ensuring they navigate challenges with confidence.

  • Harland & Wolff

    Advising Riverstone Credit Management, a US private debt fund, on its secured loan facility to the Harland & Wolff group – the UK’s most well-known shipyard with manufacturing bases operating in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Partnering with US counsel and UK financial advisors we advised on restructuring options and ultimately on the administration sale of the business to a Spanish state-owned operator.
  • BDO

    Advising the secured lenders on enforcement by way of fixed charge security and BDO LLP, as the subsequently appointed fixed charge receivers of a mixed-use retail development in the South-East of England, on subsequent trading of the Festival Place shopping centre and the eventual sale of the property.
  • Project Fürst (a.k.a. Aggregate)

    Advising the German companies within the Project Fürst group in respect of their parent company, Project Lietzenburger Strasse Holdco S.À R.L's Restructuring Plan pursuant to Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006.
  • Blandford Capital

    Advising special situations fund on various transactions including, its acquisitions of both the Hesley Group, a national adult educational and residential homes provider and the Belfield Group, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of premium upholstered furniture and soft furnishings.
  • PricewaterhouseCoopers

    Advising PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as administrators on the pre-packaged administration sale of various assets out of three companies within the Royale Life group – the much-publicised UK bungalow and caravan park collapse.
