Office

Acted for two Asian banks on their £400+ million financing for the complete retrofit and 4-floor vertical extension of a Grade A office building in the City of London by a top-tier sponsor and developer.
Logistics

Advised Barings on two facilities, combined size circa. €225 million, to fund KKR and Palm Capital’s acquisitions of 79 income producing industrial logistics assets in the Republic of Ireland.
Hotel

Assisted a club of three leading banks with their approx. £300 million refinancing of a landmark 350-key 5-star hotel in central London.

Structured

Took the role of lead counsel for ING as senior lender on a £135 million refinancing of the Notting Hill Gate Estate in West London, incorporating a junior loan from Delancey.
Student

Supported a major global asset manager on twin facilities for the sponsor-backed acquisitions of three PBSA assets in the UK, totalling over 1000 beds and with combined debt of over £130 million.
Life sciences

Advised a regular lender client with a £65 million facility for the regeneration of a UK shopping centre, converting most of it into laboratory and office space for life science and tech companies.
Affordable housing

Acted for Future Growth Capital, the independent private markets solutions business formed by Phoenix Group and Schroders, on its £24.5 million loan to SME housing developer Pocket Living in relation to Sheepcote Road, an intermediate-affordable housing scheme in Harrow.
