Took the role of lead counsel for ING as senior lender on a £135 million refinancing of the Notting Hill Gate Estate in West London, incorporating a junior loan from Delancey.

Supported a major global asset manager on twin facilities for the sponsor-backed acquisitions of three PBSA assets in the UK, totalling over 1000 beds and with combined debt of over £130 million.
