His clients mainly include shipowners, Chinese SOEs, P&I Clubs and insurers, trading houses and corporates in energy sectors and commodities, banks and financial leasing companies, Chinese, Hong Kong, Singapore, European, US as well as other Asian Pacific companies.
He is good at quickly grasping and understanding the core issues, and gives practical advices and solutions balancing legal and commercial considerations. He deeply appreciates the differences between Chinese legal system and common law practices and is always ready to interpretate and elaborate.
He is a member of International Working Group of the Comité Maritime Internationale on Maritime Decarbonization and the Maritime Law Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association.
