I have also represented landlords in highly contested forfeiture proceedings, such as a major industrial unit in the Midlands, and provide robust, practical advice to both landlords and tenants on breach of covenant claims to ensure efficient dispute resolution.

I advise institutional landlords on enforcing tenant covenants, licensing, alienation, and forfeiture. As lead junior, I have acted for large groups of tenants challenging landlord mismanagement, advising on major works, section 20 consultation requirements, breaches of covenant, right to manage companies, FTT-appointed managers, and service charge disputes.
