Jack has experience of acting for a range of clients including both developers and contractors on a variety of claims.
Jack has acted on various claims arising from the design and construction of a wide range of projects including high-rise buildings, residential apartments, hotels, schools, social housing and warehouses.
Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Jack spent six months on secondment to one of the largest housebuilding companies in the United Kingdom.
Jack also has experience drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts based on industry standard forms such as FIDIC, JCT, MF/1, NEC3/4 and bespoke forms as well as professional appointments and other ancillary construction and engineering documents.
