    Representing agents (particularly of large syndicates), bilateral lenders and syndicate members on cross border, senior and junior, secured and unsecured financings/refinancings and restructurings and on the granting and sale of loan participations.

    Assisting borrowers and guarantors with the negotiation of loan documentation, the satisfaction of the conditions precedent to drawdown of the loan and the registration of their ships in the UK or elsewhere.

    Acting in relation to the finance, registration, operation, employment and sale and purchase of newbuilding or second hand cruise ships, container ships, LNG vessels, bulk carriers, tankers, rigs and more.
