Justin advises fund sponsors, institutional investors and other market participants on a wide range of secondaries transactions. His practice covers the full spectrum of secondaries work, including GP-led continuation vehicle transactions, tender offers and portfolio sales and acquisitions.
Justin regularly advises on the structuring, negotiation and execution of these transactions, helping clients navigate the legal and commercial complexities involved in secondary market activity. His experience extends to the fund formation aspects of continuation vehicles, as well as the transfer mechanics and consent processes that are central to portfolio transactions.
Before joining the firm, Justin spent time in-house at one of the leading insurance brokers active in the secondaries market, giving him a practical, client-focused perspective that sets him apart. This combination of in-house and private practice experience means Justin understands not only the legal framework but also the operational and commercial realities his clients face, enabling him to deliver efficient, commercially minded advice on every transaction.
