Katharina advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients both in the UK and internationally on all aspects of private wealth structuring and multi-generational wealth preservation. This includes advice on succession planning, wills, powers of attorney, UK residency, all aspects of personal tax, onshore and offshore trusts and foundations, family investment companies, and asset structuring.
Katharina often works closely with financial and other advisers to put together bespoke solutions tailored to each client’s individual circumstances. She also has significant experience in assisting clients through the entire process of HMRC disclosures and enquiries.
Prior to qualifying as a UK lawyer, Katharina completed law school in Austria. She is well-versed in both common and civil law, enabling her to navigate complex cross-border issues for international clients.
