Keith advises established and emerging asset managers and fund sponsors in navigating strategic and regulatory priorities. He works closely with clients through the different stages of the fund lifecycle, including formation, investment, restructuring and exit. He has supported clients in structuring funds and investment vehicles across an array of strategies and asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, hedge, crypto and virtual assets, private credit as well as real estate. He also has experience advising on fund secondary, co-investment and downstream transactions.

• Fund formation and structuring

  Advised on the formation and structuring of closed-ended and open-ended investment funds across a range of strategies and asset classes, including assisting with the related investor negotiations and incentive arrangements.

• Fund secondaries and co-investments

  Advised on the acquisition and disposal of fund interests among established and emerging investors; assisted with the structuring and implementation of co-investment arrangements.

• Fund restructuring

  Advised on the restructuring involving master-feeder fund structures, including the related investor migration arrangements.
