Ken is a dispute resolution associate based in Hong Kong, with experience in maritime, contractual, and shareholder disputes.
Ken regularly advises ship owners, charterers, P&I clubs, H&M insurers, banks and finance leasing institutions on shipping and trade disputes under the HKIAC, LCIA, and LMAA arbitration regimes. His experience covers matters involving charterparties, bills of lading, sale and purchase agreements, ship operations, and ship management.
Outside of the maritime sector, Ken has experience handling shareholder and contractual disputes. He has also advised liquidators, trustees, administrators, creditors, and debtors on Hong Kong insolvency and restructuring matters.
