Larissa is an associate in the litigation team of the Hong Kong office. She has worked on a wide variety of complex commercial litigation, and contentious insolvency matters with cross-border elements.

Larissa has advised and represented high-net-worth individuals (e.g. Hong Kong, the PRC, Singapore, and Taiwan), private enterprises, and listed companies.
She has worked on high-stakes contentious matters involving allegations of fraud, derivative products, securities trading, complex financial transactions, guarantees, and shareholders’ disputes.
Larissa has gained hands-on experience across all stages of court proceedings. In particular, she has dealt with various urgent time-sensitive applications such as Mareva injunctions, injunctions in aid of foreign arbitration, urgent appeal to the Court of Appeal, stay of execution, and prohibition orders.
On the contentious insolvency front, she has experience dealing with statutory demands, bankruptcy and winding-up petitions, and the replacement of liquidators.
Larissa is also developing her practice in regulatory matters as well. She assisted clients in investigations by the Commercial Crime Bureau, the Securities Futures Commission, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Given the cross-border nature of many of her cases, Larissa regularly works with lawyers from different jurisdictions, such as the PRC, Taiwan, Singapore, the US, and the Cayman Islands.
