Laura advises French and international companies, investors, insurers and public entities on a broad range of domestic and cross-border disputes. Her practice encompasses commercial litigation, international arbitration, enforcement proceedings and arbitration-related court proceedings.
Her practice is focused primarily on commercial litigation and arbitration, with particular experience in disputes involving commercial parties, investors, States and public entities. She has been involved in significant matters in the defence, construction, energy and insurance sectors and regularly assists clients in multi-jurisdictional proceedings. She works in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Prior to joining the firm, Laura practiced for four years at a leading French law firm and completed traineeships at top-tier French and international law firms. As a Franco-Brazilian lawyer, she has a strong understanding of the Brazilian legal and business environment and of Latin American markets more broadly. She graduated from University College London and Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University with a joint Master's degree. She also holds Master's degrees from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Anglo-American Business Law and in Private International and International Trade Law.
