Laura advises high-net-worth individuals, trustees, beneficiaries, protectors, and family offices on complex private wealth, contentious trust, family and succession disputes. Her practice has a strong international and offshore focus; she has extensive experience handling cross-border trust and estate litigation in jurisdictions including Jersey, Guernsey, Bermuda, Cayman, Hong Kong and the BVI and has strong links to the Middle East.

In addition to her private wealth practice, Laura has a broad commercial litigation background, with significant experience litigating cases in the English High Court. She regularly advises on corporate and family disputes, as well as high-value commercial claims. Laura has extensive experience advising individual directors and insolvency professionals, as well as acting for shareholders, Sovereign Wealth Funds and corporates in complex joint venture, governance, and shareholder disputes.
