Lena is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Singapore. She has experience working on corporate transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, private equity and venture capital investments and equity fundraisings. She has also assisted clients with a range of commercial arrangements.
Lena has worked for clients in several different industry sectors. In recent years, she has worked for clients in energy & resources, and clients in cleantech seeking to commercialise technologies that advance the energy transition. She has also worked for clients in fintech, having spent time on secondment with an emerging markets-focused digital banking group.

Advised an Australian technology group on the development of the legal, commercial and financial model for the deployment of its collapsible shipping container technology.
Also advised on the structuring of both voluntary and compliance carbon credits from the carbon reductions achieved by its new technology.

Seconded to an emerging markets-focused digital banking group where Lena assisted with (i) the restructuring of the group's Asia business including its filings with local regulators, (ii) the group's fundraising activities, (iii) the group's expansion into new markets in Southeast Asia through strategic partnerships and the launch of its alternative lending product in those markets and (iv) general corporate governance matters.
