Mandy’s practice primarily focuses on structured finance and securitisation. She advises arrangers, investors, trustees and agents on a range of cross-border securitisations involving airline ticket and cargo receivables, credit card receivables and auto loan receivables originated by airline, consumer credit and automotive companies across the Asia-Pacific region.
She also has experience advising banks, financial institutions and borrowers on cross-border syndicated and bilateral lending and asset financing transactions.
