  • Enviroo Project Co Limited

    Advised Enviroo Project Co Limited on the development of a waste polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottle-to-bottle washing line and pellet extrusion facility in Protos, Cheshire, UK. This landmark project marked Enviroo's first facility development of its kind.

  • Project NextGen

    Advised NextGen AssetCo, a joint venture between Hitachi Rail and FirstGroup, on the circa. £100 million strategic decarbonisation partnership to deliver around 1,000 electric vehicle batteries to fleets of FirstGroup buses across the UK.

  • Project NextGen equity investment

    Advised Hitachi ZeroCarbon on the investment by Japan's MUFG Bank (circa. £7.4 million) into Hitachi ZeroCarbon's electric bus batteries business, part of its 'NextGen' EV project.

  • Electric transport service provider

    Advised an electric transport service provider on their O&M arrangements for installation, operation, maintenance and charging services of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

  • PFI project company

    Advised a PFI project company in relation to several variations to their hospital PFI project, including a redline variation, the replacement of out-of-date lighting systems with more energy efficient LED lightbulbs and the redevelopment of garden space at the hospital.

  • PFI project companies

    Advising PFI project companies on the handback of their PFI projects. Delivered a handback workshop to a PFI company on the legal aspects of handback and participated in strategic and commercial discussions regarding handback.

  • Protium Green Hydrogen Supply Limited

    Advising a green hydrogen energy solutions provider on various contractual aspects in relation to their green hydrogen projects, including an NEC4 construction contract, hydrogen supply agreement and logistics agreement.
