Marine advises and assists French and international clients, including the various stakeholders faced with an insolvency situation or crisis (distressed companies, shareholders, creditors, investors, purchasers, insolvency practitioners, etc.) on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency matters, whether it involves financial or operational restructurings or company takeovers, both in an amicable and judicial context, as well as on the litigation aspects that may arise in this context.

She holds a Master’s degree in Insolvency Law (Master 2 Administration et liquidation des entreprises en difficulté) from Panthéon-Sorbonne University and an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Westminster.
