Natnicha has particular experience in employment and labour law, advising on high-value employment disputes, unfair dismissal claims, workforce restructuring and mass layoffs, workplace investigations, and compliance with Thai labour laws. She also advises and represents clients in regulatory and commercial disputes involving key government authorities, including the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), the Trade Competition Commission and the Office of the Consumer Protection Board.
