    Representing the client in a number of RSA arbitrations relating to the termination of over 40 sale and purchase contracts for white sugar.

  • Commodity trader- Conducting GAFTA arbitration

    Representing the client in a GAFTA arbitration relating to a contract for the sale and purchase of Brazilian corn.

  • Commodity trading company-Conducting US$13 million ICC arbitration

    Representing the client in a quality dispute involving HSFO.

  • Global agri-business-Assisting with enforcement proceedings in China

    Assisting the client’s local lawyers in China in enforcement of an arbitration award successfully obtained on behalf of the client in London.
