Pongsiri is a Thai-qualified litigator with more than 20 years of experience advising Thai and multinational clients on a wide range of complex commercial disputes and contentious matters. His practice encompasses commercial litigation, civil and criminal proceedings, administrative disputes, restructuring and insolvency matters, construction and infrastructure disputes, insurance claims, customs and trade matters, investigations, regulatory enforcement, and judgment and award enforcement.
Pongsiri has extensive experience representing clients before key Thai regulatory and enforcement authorities, including the Revenue Department, Customs Department, Department of Special Investigation (DSI), and Legal Execution Department.
