Rebecca has substantial experience in all areas of planning including section 106 agreements, infrastructure agreements, CIL strategy, viability review, judicial review, planning appeals, land assembly, heritage assets, and enforcement.
On the environmental side, Rebecca advises on EIA, permitting, contamination, waste, and sustainability.

Negotiation and settlement of a section 106 agreement relating to a multi-phase, mixed use scheme for 1,500 dwellings (including affordable housing), 2ha of commercial space, 2 primary schools, 4ha of leisure and community space and 61ha of open space.
Advising London Borough on planning matters relating to large technology showcase scheme
Negotiation and settlement of a section 106 agreement relating to a technology showcase space (including event space, exhibition space and merchandising areas), 197 room hotel, retail restaurant and to 234 BtR units.
Advising UK plc developer on regeneration scheme in North London
Advising this UK plc in relation to the mixed-use regeneration in North London. The scheme is for the extension of the existing property, and provision of new blocks from 3 to 18 storeys comprising 10,657 sq. m commercial space and 230 residential units. Rebecca has advised on all planning aspects of the application for the initial permission, the restructuring of the permission and subsequent delivery. Work involved dealing with site assembly matters, environmental impact assessment, application strategy and negotiation of associated section 106 agreements and highway agreements.
Acting for a boutique London developer on different types of residential scheme
Acting for this boutique developer on its schemes in West London. Providing strategic advice as well as negotiating and settling section 106 agreements for 134 unit co-living scheme, a 15 storey 144 residential unit scheme, and 112 unit hostel scheme.
Acting for luxury watchmaker in relation to the development of its new London HQ
Advising this luxury watchmaker on the re-development of a listed building off old Bond Street to provide a new UK flagship headquarters. The development will include indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, retails spaces, space for watch repair, and office space. It is designed to be a unique experiential space.
Advising a multinational manufacturing conglomerate on environmental elements of share purchase of chemicals company
Providing environmental advice on the acquisition of a company which makes high purity process chemicals for use in the production of semiconductors for $700 million. Specific expertise was required in relation to hazardous chemicals and associated security measures, hazardous waste, addressing chemical releases, compliance with permitting conditions and asbestos.
