Advising MPC Container Ships on the pre- and post-delivery financing of two innovative dual-fuelled container ships that can operate on "green" methanol and battery storage systems; resulting in emission reductions of up to 95%. The financing was awarded the 2025 Project Finance Deal of the Year by Marine Money.
Gearbulk – Sustainability-linked fleet refinancing
Advising a global marine transportation group on a US$328 million refinancing project to refinance a total of 25 vessels, including open-hatch crane vessels and a floating terminal. This included the group's first sustainability-linked facility by reference to certain key performance indicators.
