Sally’s practice focuses on supporting clients across a range of sectors on their complex technology projects and transformations as well as use of emerging technologies. She has particular expertise in IT and business process outsourcings, long term services agreements, software licensing including cloud services agreements and digital transformation projects.
Sally also advises on use of emerging technologies and has supported clients with their AI programmes including developing AI implementation and deployment roadmaps and amending or developing AI specific contract terms.
Sally has notable experience advising clients in the financial services sector with balancing the need to deploy more innovative technology solutions against the requirement to do so in compliance with an increasingly complex set of regulatory requirements, notably in relation to operational resilience, EBA and PRA guidelines and AI usage. Sally also provides strategic contractual support for transitional arrangements in complex M&A and carve-out transactions.
