Samuel is an associate in the corporate finance team at Stephenson Harwood, specialising in private M&A, corporate advisory matters, and intra-group reorganisations. He has experience advising on both buy-side and sell-side transactions across a broad range of sectors, and works with a diverse client base including trade buyers, private equity firms, ship managers, energy companies, and high net worth individuals.
He supports clients from the earliest stages of a transaction through to completion and beyond, ensuring their commercial objectives are consistently met.
