Simone is a multi-lingual partner with more than ten years’ experience in top tier international shipping law firms focused on shipbuilding, sale and purchase and ship finance (including complex structured finance project and financial leasing).

She has advised major Chinese banks, leading financial leasing institutions and shipyards in relation to ship finance transactions.  Simone also handled complex restructure transaction and attending negotiations meetings between shipyard and owners.
