Suchart's principal area of practice is dispute resolution. He has more than 30 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on complex litigation and arbitration matters across all levels of the Thai courts.
His practice encompasses a broad range of commercial disputes, including employment, restructuring and insolvency, intellectual property, and international trade matters. He has extensive experience representing clients across a variety of industries in high-value and strategically significant disputes, arbitration proceedings, and regulatory investigations.
Suchart is particularly experienced in employment-related disputes, regularly advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, workplace misconduct, sexual harassment, labour union matters, and other sensitive employment issues.
He also advises Thai and multinational companies on debt restructuring, insolvency, and business rehabilitation proceedings, acting for creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring situations. His extensive dispute resolution experience, combined with his commercial and practical approach, enables him to guide clients through contentious matters with significant legal, operational, and reputational implications.

Representing a Thai listed company and its subsidiaries in a series of criminal and civil claims arising from the alleged fraudulent acts of the ex-directors and officers with respect to the bonds and various investments both in Thailand and overseas.

Representing a manufacturer in a dispute with its vendors and in investigatory proceedings initiated by the Trade Competition Commission of Thailand (TCC), concerning the alleged violations of the Trade Competition Act and the Trade Secret Act.
