Thawalkorn focuses her practice on international arbitration, commercial litigation and regulatory compliance, with particular expertise in complex contractual disputes, insurance disputes, and commercial disputes involving tax and customs matters. She assists clients in arbitrations under the LCIA, ICC, HKIAC and SIAC rules. She has extensive experience advising clients in relation to international arbitration disputes and pre-arbitration phases across a range of sectors including oil and gas, technology, transportation,logistics,construction and infrastructure.
She also has experience advising on high-value, cross-border commercial disputes involving corporate income tax, VAT and transfer pricing assessments, including disputes with the Revenue Department.
