Thomas advises a broad range of clients, including banks, alternative credit providers, debtors, directors, shareholders, insolvency officeholders and trustees/agents on restructuring and insolvency matters. He has experience of distressed financings, special situations, consensual debt restructurings, composition proceedings (including a number of restructuring plans) and formal insolvency proceedings.
Thomas also has experience in non-distressed finance transactions, in particular real estate finance, and supporting corporate trustees and agents on new issuances and ongoing administration issues.
He has worked on a number of matters involving cross-broader aspects and requiring multi-specialist advice.
Having acted for a range of stakeholders on a broad spectrum of restructurings and financings, Thomas is well-placed to help navigate through the structuring, management and implementation of complex transactions and processes.
Greensill Bank AG (in insolvency proceedings)
Advising Greensill Bank AG's administrator on the restructuring/recovery of the bank's over $3bn lending exposure to various companies in the Gupta Family Group Alliance.
