Tiffany is an associate in the Litigation team in our Hong Kong office. Her experience covers a wide range of commercial litigation, contractual disputes and regulatory matters.

Tiffany has experience working on a broad range of complex commercial and shareholder disputes, debt recovery and regulatory issues, including matters with cross-border and PRC elements. She acts for diverse clients, including leading financial institutions and private individuals, to advise on a variety of contentious matters. Tiffany is developing a strong regulatory practice, having advised clients in investigations by the Securities and Futures Commission, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the Insurance Authority.
Tiffany has also supported clients on various cross-jurisdictional disputes including sanctions advice, charterparty disputes, and insolvency proceedings during her secondment with our London Maritime & Offshore Disputes team.
Debt Recovery litigation for a PRC Bank
Advising a major PRC bank on litigation for the recovery of a loan exceeding US$20 million, secured by assets located in the PRC.
Regulatory Investigations
Acted for a director of a listed company in dealing with investigations made by the Securities and Futures Commission and/or the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Employee Fraud and Regulatory Risk
Advising a HK financial institution on liability and regulatory exposure arising from employees’ fraudulent misappropriation of funds.
Appeal of a Regulatory Body’s Decision
Acting for a financial institution in challenging a decision of a HK regulatory body involving both HK and BVI aspects.
