Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Victor began his career as a consultant specialising in social restructuring. He then worked for a leading French law firm.
He holds a Master’s II degree in procedural practice from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Victor handles a wide range of employment law matters, both advisory and litigation, in collective and individual labour law. He regularly appears before French labour courts. He also assists the firm’s clients with corporate reorganisations and social audit processes.
