Will is a Managing Associate in the Debt Finance team and advises clients on a range of cross-border real estate finance transactions (involving acquisition, investment, development and bridging finance), corporate lending, general banking and acquisition finance. He acts for a wide range of borrower and lender clients including developers, sponsors, real estate investment and management corporates, funds, major financial institutions, high street banks and non-bank lenders. He provides commercial and sensible solutions to complex matters and is particularly skilled at completing complicated transactions with time-sensitive deadlines.
Will is particularly experienced in Real Estate Finance transactions and works on a broad range of asset classes including hotels, logistics and storage units, mixed-use developments, life sciences and PBSA. Will is an important client contact for OCBC, Native Land, HSBC, Leumi, Wells Fargo and Investec (having completed a secondment in Investec’s Real Estate team) and has recently worked on some of most high-profile deals in the UK Real Estate Finance market.
