Towards PIPL compliance – summary of actions

The China Personal Information Protection Law is applicable to the processing of personal information taking place within the territory of the People's Republic of China (solely for the purpose of this article, excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) or to processing of personal information taking place outside of the PRC relating to natural persons located within the PRC.
