K2 Energy acquires Eutex International
Stephenson Harwood (Singapore) Alliance has advised K2 Energy Group on its acquisition of Eutex International, the hazardous area inspection services division of Eutex Inc.
K2 Energy Group enables organisations—including operators, owners, original equipment manufacturers and investors in the energy sector—to meet their operational, safety and compliance obligations by providing inspection, repair, maintenance, and compliance solutions underpinned by technology and human capability.
Eutex International provides hazardous area inspection services, hazardous area zone classification, RFID and equipment tagging, and installation services. The acquisition will strengthen K2 Energy Group’s position as a global leader in compliance, inspection, and asset integrity, enhancing its ability to support customers across the energy sector and into new adjacent markets.
The deal was led by Partner Tom Platts and Virtus Law Partner Sheetal Sandhu, who were supported by Associate Ming Hui Gan and Virtus Law Associate Shu Wei Lee.
